Cross country mountain biking has evolved radically over the last few years with electric biking taking off big time. Any cross country mountain biking is tough, especially in the Alps and having an electric assistance to help you up the hills makes biking in the mountains more accessible, more fun and opens up possibilities for longer distances and more height gain than is possible on a muscular bike.
If cross country mountain biking isn't for you and you just want the downhill thrills, then you will love our downhill mountain bike trips based in resorts where you can take the lift up to the top of the mountain and follow the way-marked pistes back down.
