School Ski Trip in Orcieres 1850, Southern French Alps

When you enquire we will discuss  your requirements in detail and create a tailor made itinerary for your school. The standard ski package includes 5 days of skiing with 6 nights full board accommodation. There are 5 hours of ski lessons per day with 2.5 hours the morning and 2.5 hours in the afternoon and an hour's break for lunch. You also have access to the swimming pool and ice skating as part of your package and we can organise other activities as part of your package including husky sledding and igloo building.

Your package includes logistical support (from local office) during your stay but it is also possible to request a representative to be on-site with you for the duration of your trip if you prefer. With both options, we will meet you in person when you arrive to go through everything in detail and make sure you know where to go and the finer details of the organisation. We also provide you with an App for your smartphone which has everything you need for your trip including all the locations and directions, health and safety information (nearest pharmacy, hospital, doctor..), weather, contacts, and suggestions for activities.

Your accommodation base is in the village of Orcieres about 10 minutes drive from the main resort. We have an on-piste base in the resort where your ski hire shop and restaurant is located for your ski days.  We will drive you up and back to the resort from your accommodation each day and can adapt the timings to take into account any evening activities planned in resort.

On the first day we will allocate your skis and boots based on the information you have provided us in advance (we send out a spreadsheet for sizes, ski level etc) and these will stay in the ski shop.  Your instructors will meet you there and bring you back after your lessons.

At lunch time, you have an on-piste restaurant lunch provided.

After the afternoon skiing, you have the option of organising a swimming or ice skating excursion included in your package or you can be taken directly back to the centre where dinner is provided. We can help you plan an evening program of activities if you need.
